Daisy and Hartley’s wedding unfolded inside the storied walls of Carondelet House, where old-world character became the setting for a celebration filled with romance, imagination, and delightful surprises.
Inspired by the curious spirit of a storybook wonderland, the design paired soft garden florals with playful paper goods, vintage objects, pastel hues, and unexpected details tucked throughout the celebration. Rather than interpreting the theme literally, each element offered a subtle sense of discovery.
Blush, peach, butter yellow, dusty blue, and warm ivory softened the venue’s exposed brick and dark wood, creating a beautiful contrast between whimsical romance and the historic surroundings.
As evening arrived, candlelight brought a deeper, more intimate mood to the celebration, while thoughtfully layered tablescapes and playful details continued the story.
