Set among the rolling hills of Sonoma, Jill and Tianshu’s wedding was inspired by the poetic world of The Little Prince—a story of love, wonder, and seeing beauty in the things that matter most.
Rather than interpreting the story literally, we wove its spirit quietly throughout the celebration. Sculptural ceremony backdrops recalled distant planets and imagined landscapes, while custom stationery and an artful wedding cake carried subtle references to the story. Soft florals and organic greenery brought the surrounding Sonoma landscape naturally into the design.
A palette of pearl ivory, white, soft pink, warm neutrals, and fresh green kept the celebration light and understated. Natural textures, delicate florals, and touches of gold added warmth, creating a setting that felt romantic, organic, and gently whimsical.
Every detail became part of a world created just for Jill and Tianshu—a celebration of love, imagination, and the quiet wonder of finding your person.
