Inspired by Yunzi and Hao’s shared love of oil painting and jazz, their wedding at Montage Healdsburg was envisioned as a living work of art. Rich autumn hues, expressive florals, and thoughtfully layered textures brought the warmth of an oil painting to life, creating a celebration that felt vibrant, romantic, and deeply personal.
From cocktail tables dressed in different colors and adorned with seasonal fruit to playful apple place cards, every detail was designed with an artist’s eye. The lush floral arrangements and painterly color combinations transformed the wine country setting into a beautifully composed celebration, where each space offered its own interpretation of autumn.
As the evening unfolded, the celebration found its rhythm in music. Yunzi took the stage to perform several jazz songs for their guests, bringing the inspiration behind the design full circle. A wedding where art was not only seen but felt and heard, and where every color, detail, and melody told a part of their love story.
